The CATHOLIC COMMUNITY OF CENTRAL FALL RIVER is a fellowship of three parishes in the heart of Fall River - the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption, the Parish of the Good Shepherd, and Saint Stanislaus Parish. The Community was established in 2018 by Bishop Edgar da Cunha. Together we seek to form disciples, reach out to the lost, give hope to all, and grow each day in holiness.

Next Steps
Become a Member: You will find a registration form to the left of this page. We will also be scheduling Parish Orientations throughout the year to better introduce our family of faith. Read your Bible Reading the Bible is an important part of being a disciple growing in love and worship of Jesus. It is where we come to know God and discover his plan for our life and salvation. What bible should you get? We can help you with that! Serve We have many opportunities for you to put your gifts and talents to work in service of God! In one of our ministries or services within the Catholic Community as well as in service to the larger community of Fall River. Sacraments We care about your spiritual journey and growth. Sacraments are visible rites that we understand were instituted by Jesus to be signs and channels of His grace to all who receive them. Give Giving to your parish is an act of worship; you are becoming more the person God wants you to be. When you give you are tangibly making a difference in someone's life. Marriages are restored, lives are healed, and people meet Jesus. There's no better investment in the world than the local parish. Invite a friend God is on the move, and we get to be a part of what He’s doing. You can help share the Good News by inviting others to join you at Mass. |
